Kimberley Schmidt was a gem! She was very flexible with our schedule being that we were coming from a distance. After our tour she told us of the many stores and restaurants in the area with directions! When we decided to go with her property she explained every detail of the transaction being that this is my first time as a renter. She was very patient with me. After we moved in she dropped by just to see how I was doing with the unpacking and always insists that I contact her with any question I may have.
