I met Kim at her open house and was not sure I wanted to buy or lease. The next day she and I were looking at all listing in my desired location. By that evening we had an accepted offer on my dream home. Kim walked me through the entire process and put me in touch with the right experienced people to get me to close quickly.

We approached Kim to sell our home because of her experience with the neighborhood. She did an amazing job. She worked with us to determine what cosmetic and functional improvements needed to be done before listing and she was spot on. Some changes would have been difficult, but she did not push us past what we had time or comfort to accomplish. Kim staged our house with her own paintings, plants, and furniture that beautifully complemented what we had. She even physically helped us rearrange our furniture! She was always responsive and proactive. She listed the house higher than we expected and sold it for over asking price. There were some hiccups in the closing beyond her or our control, and she started working on contingencies just in case. The sale went through and so the contingencies were not needed, but we felt reassured that we were in good hands through the whole process. Our six year old son adds, "She did a wonderful job!"

Kim was a Rockstar listing real estate agent! She is an absolute expert especially when it comes to selling a home in Stonechase. As a former seller for the original developer, Beazer builders, she already had internalized the floorplans, features, location, and warranties of the property. No one knows Stonechase real estate better than Kim!

Not only was Kim upfront, honest, and proactive, but she also helped us to stage our home with furniture at no additional cost. Additionally, she has a wonderful network of specialists that could help us with anything from cleaning and decluttering to fixing up our home with minor projects. I was especially impressed that she can even make available the original quality assurance contractor of the Stonechase development should you need him to polish up the property.

In our first meeting with Kim, she came fully prepared to the meeting with an in-depth analysis including sales comps and other insights where she came up with a suggested valuation of the property. Her analysis turned out to be within 1% of what price our home ultimately sold for after her pricing strategy helped us to generate a bidding war for our property. Within 48 hours after listing our home, multiple offers were generated, and Kim’s diligent correspondence allowed us the capability to accept an offer that was above and beyond our expectations.

She helped with color schemes and furniture staging to make the house more presentable and desirable. Kim is awesome. We sought out her services to sell our current home and buy one in another community. This was the 4th time selling and 5th time we’ve purchased a home and she was by far the best agent we’ve had the pleasure to work with. She was very professional and courteous. How do I even begin to describe my wonderful experience working with Kim? She was there at the very beginning, when I first purchased my house with the intention to fix it up and resell. She advised me on a proper offer for the house, which kept me from offering several thousands more, as I had originally intended to do. This was my first house, so I was a sitting duck for a realtor who only had her own profits in mind. Luckily this wasn't the case with Kim.
Fast forward to 1.5 years later, my house is on the market. Kim staged it beautifully, and was always happy to offer guidance or advice when I didn't know what to do. She never treated me as a nuisance, and I never doubted that she had my best interests in mind. She was always looking out for me, even when it wasn't in her best interest financially to do so. She truly cares, and has one of the brightest, warmest personalities I've ever encountered, one of those people who light up a room with their presence. Even in the most stressful of times, when problems arose only a few days before closing, Kim always kept her cool, and calmly worked through the problem.
Now I'm on the other side of a successful house flip, and I still can't believe how fortunate I was to discover this realtor. Kim has a heart of gold, and is one of those rare people who are truly good-hearted. She's the kind of person who gives hope, a person who makes you believe that not everyone in the world is out to pull one over on you. I'm so grateful for all she did for me, how hard she worked for me, and I look forward to buying my next house with Kim on my side.
