I am truly grateful for my real estate agent Kim Shaw because her service was real, genuine, efficient, and successful.

Working within a very specific set of requirements I had due to my situation, Kim set me up to receive emails with listings that came to me every day.

A location caught my eye. It had all that I needed, wanted, and more. After speaking with Kim, she got the ball rolling. Set up an appointment to view the unit and started the application process.

The application process was smooth and everything was done in one place. Kim was able to check my credit, saving me a step from getting the report on my own.

Throughout the entire process of applying Kim updated me. I felt heard, included, and supported in the process. Which can be overwhelming at times. Kim's service is one I will recommend, happily.

The transaction was seamless and I was elated to receive my lease, and the keys and move into my new space!

Thank you Kim for truly helping me begin a new chapter in my life.💫

We highly recommend Kimberly Shaw .. she went above and beyond to help us find a new home. I was very particular and have to admit a little tough to deal with because it was hard for me to part with my previous home of 15 years. But Kim came to the rescue eased my anxietys and made me and my family top priority. She found us the perfect home. I'm greatfull to Kim to be in our new home just in time for the holidays.

After nine months of mortgages falling through people not qualifying a pandemic to deal with ,snow ,Christmas ,and New Year’s .I finally sold my house May 1 thanks to Kimberly Shaw she was with me through thick and thin she never deserted me and she never kept pushing when somebody fell through she found another one when somebody didn’t qualify she found another one
She left no stone unturned to sell my house and she put many long hours in at open houses and helping me because I live in Out of state . If I ever had to do over again I would use Kimberly Shaw again because she is the best real estate agent I have ever met .
