Kim grew up on the coast of Southern Connecticut, sailing and windsurfing and listening to real estate stories at the dinner table. Her parents had a real estate office locally, and her grandmother had been in real estate and grandfather on the other side had bought up homes in the way of the progress of I95 interstate coming thru, and had purchased lots for those homes, and moved the homes and sold them as a package. Kim lived on Nantucket for two periods, and having had a CT real estate license in CT with her dad , had dabbled in real estate on Nantucket. Kim's brother currently owns Key West Luxury Real Estate in Key West, FL, so you could say that real estate is in Kim's blood! Kim joined the National Realtor Association first in 1997, but turned away from real estate to travel in Europe, Scandinavia and the Middle East, and then to work on boats and ski slopes and other adventure minded avenues. Several years ago, an accident ended all physical pursuits and re-centered Kim on real estate. She had never fully turned away from real estate and had kept a mental tally of every lakefront home changing hands, land for sale, and For Sale by Owner sign in the area, and she realized she had an absolute knack for real estate and not lost on her were here years working for a high end decorator and running into Manhattan to the D&D building for clients, perfect for lending sellers home staging tips. Kim spends her free time reading, learning Pickle Ball, and enjoying the outdoors. She is keen on finding you your next lakefront home, year-round home, luxury property or condo. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Daughters of the American Revolution branch on Nantucket, is a Sustainer with the Junior League and USGA. She lived in Switzerland for a year and speaks some French. Kim is thrilled to have a coffee with you and discuss your real estate needs and tell you all about the river rafting, nordic and alpine skiing, boating, fishing, hunting, and hiking that is right here for you in the Adirondack Mountains. Kim looks forward to being your guide for Adirondack real estate.
