I have to wonder if the people who gave low reviews were dealing with the same person. Kim was a pleasure to work with. She helped us sell a house (it sold in 5 days) and quickly got the closing arranged two weeks early. She is kind, helpful, always available, responds quickly, and funny. She is so easy to talk to and she listens to you! My husband wouldn't deal with anyone else. When we had a house that needed to be sold, my husband said, I'm not working with anyone by Kim Taylor.

Kimberly was our realtor 10 years ago, there is absolutly no one better for the job! She knows the area since she was raised in the area. When you drive by houses for sale with other agents names on the sign and you just chuckle because they dont know what they are missing out on with the wonderful experience of having Kimberly sell their house!

Look no further! Hands down, the most professional, personable, and educated realtor out there. Being a realtor is Kim Taylor’s passion, not just her job. She is truly the standard for which excellence should be measured, when it comes to buying or selling a home. She absolutely never rests. I was recently in contact with Kimberly while searching for a home. I was so impressed with how quickly she responded to requests for showings, etc. Though I ultimately bought a home in a different region in Illinois, I highly recommend her (and Becky!)and wouldn't hesitate to contact her again should I ever decide to move back to the area.
