My place was sold a whole lot sooner than I expected and at a price I was happy with. Kim is a wonderful realtor and was extremely helpful to us during the purchase of our first home! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. We purchased a home over an hour away from where we were previously living and she always made time to meet us and work with our schedules. She even did video tours and sent them to us so we didn't have to make the drive each time there was a new listing. She was honest and helpful during the whole process. She was friendly and stayed in contact even after the sale. If we purchase another house later on, Kim will be my go to realtor. If you are looking to purchase a house, don't hesitate to reach out to her.

Kim is A amazing realtor as well as a person. She always returned our calls always return text messages with pertinent information. She goes above and beyond to help you even puts a great personal touch on every aspect of the sale. When my wife and I were getting a little down about the selection out there she came up with a house for us that more than suited our needs with a price that we did not have to get a loan for and was able to pay it cash, if it wasn’t for her I honestly feel like we have a 15 year mortgage and for me that will be retiring in three years when money gets tight that is a huge plus thanks to Kim.
I truly feel if you get a realtor other than Kimberly Wilkims you have to settle for second-best and hopefully not third.
