Kimberly Zeitler

I became a licensed broker in February 2018 and have been a licensed sales agent since October 2015. Prior to becoming a Realtor I served in the military for 7 years. I was a crew chief on C-130 aircraft in the Air National Guard in Peoria, IL. It was there that I met my husband, Jason. He had rental properties in Platteville, WI where he attended school at UW-Platteville when he was not deployed. We decided to settle in Platteville and continue to invest in real estate and, with our business partners, grow our property management company. In 2012 I obtained my bachelor's degree in business administration with an HR emphasis from UW-Platteville. Our property management business expanded rapidly between 2013-2015. We expanded further into the Platteville market as well as the Dubuque, IA and Peoria, IL markets. It made sense for me to be on the other side of these transactions and obtain a salesperson and broker licenses. I truly enjoy educating and assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
