Kimi is and has been my PHENOMENAL realtor and partner in Real Estate for years and years. Her heart, mind, and spirit are first class and always for her client. She is a tremendous advocate, persistent worker, and compassionate understanding friend in all my dealings with her. Whether buying, selling, or learning about Real Estate, she is First Class. Professionally she is Top Shelf, myself being a Mortgage Lender, she is always a favorite to work with. As a client, I live in a miracle house that she found for me (I will spend the next 50 years here) and she just sold my last owner occupied home (considered part of her Luxury Division of Jace Real Estate) in April 2020, Mid-Pandemic, for top dollar and no hassle.
