Kimm Hackett is the truth! She was the third realtor that we came in contact with after the other two realtors before her was trying to pressure us in a home that we didn't want. We gave up all together on buying a home, then someone referred her. Her whole style was different from any realtor we came in contact with. She was straight up, honest, and comfortable to work with. She found us a house that we wanted and on top of that negotiated the furniture in the sale of the house, because the furniture is what sold the house. I felt she wasn't out just to make a profit. She genuinely wanted us to succeed. She was patient, and walked us through the whole process. I would refer Kimm Hackett to everyone that I know that want to buy a house. Then after we purchased the house, we named it Ginger. I really do appreciate Ms Kimm because she saved us a lot of money in rent. Thank You Ms Kimm
