Kimm was terrific helping us buy the place, but she was even better at selling it! From our first call to closing the escrow was a quick 6 weeks or so, and she coordinated most things for us since we are already moved out of state. Kimmie is excellent at her job, and she will make sure you are happy and satisfied. I will also miss her as a personal friend...thank you for everything!

Kimm did a wonderful job selling our home. Her ads were great. We got many more viewing than our first attempt 6 months earlier. It was sold in less than 4 weeks and we got our full list price! We were looking for property outside her area so she hooked us up with a very good agent she had experience with before, who knew that area. Kimm is great and has helped with 4 house transactions in the last 5 years. This last month she sold my house while helping us get into a new one. She answered all my questions very fast and if she didn't have an answer she pointed me in the right direction. When each escrow was coming to a close she helped make sure I understood what needed to be done. For our purchase she was really on top of escrow, requests for repairs, and inspections! I will always recommend her!

I was a lender on a loan with Kimm and I have to say she was probably the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with. She helped all of the agents in the transaction get stuff done. When things were lagging or taking too long, she jumped in and got us what we needed. She was responsive and professional. I know she worked hard for her clients to help make things happen. I was very impressed with the amazingly professional job Kimm did with the whole process of selling our home from beginning to the end. Initially, she began with appropriate comps and suggested listing price. She knew how to reach the appropriate market, which sold our home very quickly. Her communication was excellent. During the escrow phase, Kimm was great at continuing to keep us updated. She was prompt at responding any questions. If she didn’t have the answer, she would reach out to the appropriate party, and the follow up immediately with the response. Kimm went above and beyond to get my dad’s mobile home sold. This was not an easy sale, it was in and out of escrow at least 4 times. Kimm has great communication skills and kept us updated constantly. We live 3 hours away and Kimm gave us great feed back on what needed to be done at the house to make it more appealing and limit the numbers of trips back and forth. I highly recommend Kimm Bullard and would definitely use her skills again if the need arises.

I would highly recommend Kimm Bullard. We had a rather complicated escrow that ended up having to go through probate causing significant delays in closing. Throughout the process Kimm was able to keep the transaction moving along and communicated with the buyers and sellers until we were able to close. Kimm also provided contacts for work that needed to be done on the house prior to closing.

I showed interest in a listing and requested more info, and Kimm responded to my inquiry almost immediately. She was willing to work weekends to meet with us, and she listened carefully to what we were looking for. Our list was pretty specific as to what we wanted...close to shops and restaurants, not too big, yard for pets, and a modest budget. We were willing to do some remodeling, so Kimm showed us a few fixer uppers and we closed a month ago on our new little house.
