Kindra was absolutely fantastic to work with! As first time home sellers, she made the process seamless and easy for us. She had excellent communication throughout.
Kindra went above and beyond what we were expecting from a realitor. For example, she had professional photos taken of our home at no cost to us. Additionally, Kindra’s expertise and network of home contractors/professionals made getting our home ready to sell easy.
Due to work, we were out of town for much of the home selling process. Kindra coordinated everything from open houses to having our driveway shoveled and taking out the trash.
Her pricing model and counsel on negotiating also allowed us to sell our home for much higher than we had expected.
We would highly recommend Kindra, especially if you’re looking to sell in the Lake Camelot area. Rarely have we ever worked with some so knowledgeable, kind and professional.

As sellers, we interviewed 3 realtors. Kindra stood out as the most organized and one with the most concrete marketing plan. She gave us the game plan for prepping the house for market, as well as, what to expect once the property listed. Her integrity seemed top notch and was evident throughout the sale

We followed her plan to a tee and were rewarded with 3 offers in 4 showings. All the way up to the sale (and even after) , Kindra was available instantly to answer questions, address concerns, etc. She even brought us some moving boxes. Post-sale, she handled every detail (even some addressing some buyer issues to protect the sale and ensure a smooth closing). We couldn’t have asked for better. Highly Recommend!

We had a certain type of home we wanted. Home sales were going fast. Plus we lived in another state. We would find a home we liked and then it would sell the next day. Kindra always had a positive attitude. She made sure it was in a safe neighborhood. We were running out of time, our home had sold. Then she found the right one. We move in soon. Kindra also reccomend people we could call if we needed help. Talk about going beyond good service. Kindra Bruninga Jim Maloof/ Realtor is the one to call. Did I tell you see texted us while she was on vacation to see if we were alright. Who does that!

Let us start out by saying how incredible Kindra was with helping us find the right home since moving back from Florida. She was so professional and informative to us in showing us homes that came up to accommodate our needs and budget. We just know with the big adjustment we had in front of us that if it weren’t for Kindra walking us thru it we would have never got it all accomplished.

We were very blessed to have Kindra Bruniga as our realtor. She met with us twice before we signed a contract to give us guidance on getting the house ready to sell. The house sold in one day, and we closed two weeks later. She expertly handled all the details in preparing for the closing so there were no problems. Her communication with us was outstanding. I could not have been more pleased with Kindra's assistance in selling my home!! I had a full price offer the same day the home was listed...accepted the offer the following day and then closed within a few short weeks following!! Kindra's promptness and professionalism put her in a league of her own. She all but eliminated any preconceived concerns and stresses I had as a first-time seller and simply made the process enjoyable!! Highly recommend Kindra as a realtor for anyone in the Peoria area. Moving our parents to Michigan, Kindra worked with all of us long distance on the sale of their home in Bartonville. She went above and beyond helping with details from afar, including selling furniture, sending documents back and forth, helping with all minor details, and keeping us informed every step of the way. She had an offer on the house on day four and a closing a little over a month later. This process could not have gone more smoothly and we are grateful.
