Kinsie was the realtor selling the condo I purchased and when I recently decided to sell I called her bc of how thorough and professional she had been. Any time I've have asked a question she immediately responds and that is rare in the real-estate biz. I could go on and on but Kinsie is a fantastic agent and when I buy another property in the MB area I will definitely choose her.

They say buying a home is the most stressful thing you will ever have to do in life. Well not with Kinsie as your realtor. She made our home buying experience easy, enjoyable and memorable. I’ve had a harder time buying a bag of chips from a vending machine than we had buying our home. We look forward to future business and would without doubt recommend Kinsie to anyone looking for a realtor that truly looks out for your best interest and makes your home buying experience a joy with as little stress as possible.

Kinsie assisted me with the purchase of two places in North Myrtle Beach. One was a house and the other was a beach condo. She was very knowledgeable about every detail of the communities and about all of the amenities within the condos. She new what fair prices were depending upon the condo renovation condition and steered me away from poorer value units. After looking at dozens of places she knew exactly which units were the ones to consider. She takes tremendous pride in her work and she does her homework and is super prepared for each discussion. If she didn’t know the answer to any questions, she freely admired to not knowing and proceeded to find the answer. You can’t go wrong with having Kinsie assist you with your house hunt.
