My wife and I were looking to buy our first home, and Kirk was the perfect man for the job. He helped us navigate through a challenging market- providing some honest pros/cons for each house we looked at, and not once pressuring us to rush our decision or settle on something we didn't feel was right for us. Throughout the entire process, Kirk seemed genuinely invested in helping us find our ideal home, and we are extremely grateful for all of his help!

Kirk was an absolute pleasure to work with. For a real estate agent you want to feel that they have your best interest in mind when discussing everything regarding buying a home. We first worked with Kirk when moving from Rochester to the Syracuse area, he was so patient and allowed us to schedule showings when it would work best for us due to the distance. We were able to find a great starter home that we loved and stayed at for almost 5 years. When we decided to grow our family, we knew we would need a bigger home. We reached out to Kirk and he jumped on finding us a property that would meet all of our needs. He was again very patient with us and was able to answer (or get the answer) to any questions we had throughout the entire process, on both occasions. I have recommended Kirk to multiple friends and family members who are looking for real estate and would absolutely work with Kirk again in the future!

As a closing attorney, I always enjoy working with Kirk and his team. From the first time he sends over a new client file, he is diligent about providing us with all of the information we need about the property and all the parties involved, which allows us to get the ball rolling on our end right away. He brings this courteous and active approach to the entire transaction, so that any bumps we encounter are smoothed over as quickly as possible. When I work with Kirk we get to the closing table without and unnecessary delay, and most importantly, with happy mutual clients!

We worked with Kirk on buying our house last year. Not only is he professional and extremely knowledgeable but he is patient - and that means a lot to someone going through this process. My husband and I looked at so many houses with Kirk, I would send him questions or new houses all of the time and he never once lost his patience with us or pushed us towards a certain decision. He got to know our style, our needs and our wants and helped us find the perfect house. In the market last year we had to be quick and smart about putting in an offer. When we finally found a house we loved, Kirk jumped into action for us right away. He spoke to us realistically about the offer we should place. We ended up getting that house the very next day. He is the best person I could recommend and we give his name out to anyone we know looking for a home.

My fiancé and I used Kirk to purchase our first home. I can honestly say he made a stressful process a whole lot easier. Kirk did not pressure me into a sale and looked at numerous homes with us. I ended up referring Kirk to a co-worker who used him and had the same great experience. Kirk’s assistant Riley is also great too!!

And then helped us sell our house when we moved. Not only did he sell our house, but sold it in one day, and this was pre covid- so that wasn't just the normal thing.
