What a great experience! Kirk made what can be a stressful thing - the selling of a home - very easy and rewarding. He gave me very helpful and candid advice and direction throughout the entire process of preparing my home for sale. Kirk couldn't have worked any harder for me, and was available whenever I needed him. I like to tell people about the experience, especially the fact that the house sold in what I refer to as "negative 2 days." It was scheduled to hit the market on a Thursday, but was noticed on the MLS System on a Tuesday, and that offer (which exceeded my asking price) was the one we ultimately went with. It did go on the market on Thursday, and we had about 20 showings scheduled for the next two days. That process went seamlessly, as did the settlement a few weeks later. I would highly recommend Kirk Wenner of Bobbi Prescott and Associates and Remax to anyone needing to sell or purchase a home!!!

Kirk worked hard through a difficult market to find our property, get the right bid in, and ensure many things were fixed even in this market where you can't ask for much of the seller. He was always on top of being at the property for all the work that needed to get done since I am out of state and provided me with proof of completion as soon as he had it. If you want an organized relator that will get the job done even in a tough market, Kirk is your man.

Kirk did a fantastic job for us! We found the house quickly and he diligently worked to secure the offer and details for our sale. He responded to all inquiries very quickly and we felt like we were his only clients! He was with us from start to finish and even after the settlement he was available for anything we needed. Kirk has been beyond outstanding. I'm looking for less-expensive land and homes, and Kirk has been willing (and encouraging) to go out, see the properties, and get his hands/feet dirty walking around and investigating around some beat-up properties. He's also been willing to do the behind-the-scenes work to make sure the properties are suitable for my purpose.

Kirk has sold two houses for us in the past 2 years. He always has time to answer questions, make a visit, and to do whatever needs to be done. He makes practical suggestions when selling a house and helps one through the whole process. He checks in to see how improvements are going and answers questions professionally and accurately. He can always be counted on and he follows through. Besides Kirk's professionalism and knowledge, he is energetic, welcoming and fun to work. He puts one at ease with the whole process.

I met Kirk randomly at an open house he was hosting. After leaving my info on the sign in sheet he called to let me know the price had dropped and from there we starting working together on my forever home. Kirk showed me any house I wanted to see. He found them for me, I found them on my own. We must have looked at 20 or more homes over the 18 months it took me to be ready and to find "the one". He was always responsive, open to what I wanted in a home, and very patient. He quickly picked up on what I wanted and knew if a house was gonna hit all the check boxes. I love my home, but kind miss getting to house shop with Kirk too. If I ever move again he will be the first person I call.

As the saying goes "There's no place like home " but before you get to that dream home you will need a good agent. The top agent I highly recommend is Kirk Wenner. Kirk has a wealth of career knowledge on the housing market and architectural features of homes in the DMV area. He is punctual and always follows covid 19 safety protocol to keep clients healthy.

While working with kirk as a client he made sure all documentation was submitted in timely manner. when i needed suggestions on additional vendors such as title companies, or inspectors to select. Kirk has a large network of professional contacts to recommend. By providing me with this level of service has made the entire housing process enjoyable for my family.

Kirk was very knowledgeable of the market and what needed to be done to make a quick sale. After listing, we went for a month without any offers. Kirk made some suggestions on what needed to be done at minimal cost. We made those changes and within two weeks we had several offers above the numbers we expected. Sold for $15,000 over list.

Kirk was an amazing Realtor to work with. As a first time home buyer, Kirk helped us along the way and was extremely patient with us. I highly recommend Kirk Wenner to anyone looking to purchase a home! He was excellent! He was very responsive to phone calls, emails, and texts and was available throughout the entire process.
