Kirsten Elin is - by far - the best realtor we have ever dealt with. She is beyond responsive; instead she seems to anticipate questions, identify potential issues before they arise, know what we might be concerned about before we do. She's prepared with recommendations, advice and ideas in advance. As a result this has been the smoothest, most trouble-free real estate transaction we've ever had.
Kirstin took the time to learn everything she could about us, our family, what we were looking for and what worked and what wouldn't. She asked the right questions and listened hard. As a result, when the right property came on the market, she knew instantly it was for us. We were able to submit a bid before it came on the market, because we fully trusted Kirsten and she highlighted why this was the right property for us.
We have bought or sold over 20 properties and have worked with many agents and brokers. We would recommend - actually encourage anyone to work with Kirsten.
