We took advantage of their wonderful concierge service as we needed a new roof and many repairs before marketing our home. That made for a fast and clean sale. The process was seemless. We had to do a complicated probate sale in Cambrian Park. Kirsten had met with my dad and brother previously and they were impressed by her knowledge and attitude so when my dad passed we contacted her to handle the estate sale. She was very up front and thorough explaining the process. We had a difficult situation with the probate court as they dragged out the situation with recognizing the will for over a year! She hung right with us communicating with both us and our attorney the entire time. When we finally got that cleared up her and her team jumped right in and got us a great deal. Kirsten and Seth handled a probate sale for me - the property was owned by a hoarder. In addition to all of the items in the home, the lot was crowded with fallen trees and overgrown ivy. Not to mention the electrical wires throughout the landscape. Kirsten listed the property for the right price and we had many good offers. Seth even came and cut up dead trees. They go over and above!

Kirsten and Seth were everything we could have dreamed of. We had just done a bunch of repairs on our new house, so the last thing I wanted to do was organize the work needed on our old house in order to sell it. Seth organized it all like clockwork. I would hire him solely to oversee any repair work I want to do in the future if I could. I still can't believe how easy it was on my end. As for the sale itself, Kirsten carried the sale over the finish line despite difficulties on the buyer's side. She held our hand through it all, kept us updated at ever turn, and got creative the negotiation process. We always felt like top priority. Go with this team. Seriously, you don't need to shop around any further.

Kirsten and Seth were highly competent at selling my home. I had a short window of three months to fixup a 1971 property and sell it. Even with supply chain issues their connections really came in handy. There were many interior and exterior improvements to be made. The very first week the house went on the market I had interest and offers. It was truly their expertise that created a positive experience.

I was familiar with Kirsten Reilly from her signs on so many listings in the Cambrian area, and her strong neighborhood advertising presence.

My Family has lived in this area for over 60 years. Kirsten is not only familiar with it, she lives there. She has solid sense of what is needed to get the most from properties. She can take the lead or take yours.

Kirsten, her husband Seth, and their team make selling a property pretty effortless. They have contractors ready to bid and ready to get right to work, good resources. Seth oversaw all projects, emailed updates & reports, and sent notifications as projects were in process or completed. They have an efficient system in place that works. Kirsten and Seth are good communicators, responsive, and available, making for 2 positive experiences.

The Kirsten (Sales) and Seth Reilly (Marketing) team worked with us to sell our home in the beautiful Cambrian Park area. We were interested in working with this team because as long-term residents of the area we noticed that homes listed by Kirsten sold more quickly and at a higher price. Also, Kirsten sold a high volume of homes in our area. Our sale timeline was particularly stressful because we were in the process of moving 700 miles away and preparing our house for sale. Kirsten and Seth are very organized and knowledgeable.

We began with a market analysis, discussion of home preparation and a calendar for selling the property. Seth managed the home preparation by securing and supervising quality, reliable and fair priced contractors. Seth is very budget minded and considerate. Seth will keep you in the loop as to progress of tasks, will make cost effective suggestions and will listen to your concerns and act on them. As a result of their superior teamwork, our house sold very quickly and well above asking price.

Kirsten was amazing to work with, we interviewed a 5 realtors and she stood out by far. We relocated from out of state and she was essential to us understanding the bay and the market. After touring a few homes our first offer was at first tied (out of 20) and she was able to negotiate our win! There certainly isn’t a shortage of realtors, but I think it is safe to say that not all realtors provide the top-notch service that Kirsten Reilly does!

Kirsten smoothly facilitated my buying a home in Morgan Hill in August 2019 and my selling a rental property in Santa Cruz in September 2020. During my twenty-five year marriage, my husband had handled the buying and selling of properties. Finding myself divorced, lacking experience, and on my own to buy and sell properties, it was important to me that I had a dependable realtor such as Kirsten.

Kirsten as an abundance of experience. In addition to being an ethical realtor, Kirsten is also an excellent communicator and listener. Kirsten had a great reputation in our Cambrian neighborhood as a very knowledgeable and successful realtor. We often saw houses that were sitting on the market get sold quickly once they switched over to having Kirsten represent them. So it was a no-brainer for us to hire Kirsten when we started to consider selling our existing home and upgrading to a larger home for our growing family. Kirsten was very professional and super responsive throughout the entire course of working together. She was knowledgeable about the market and helped us to price our home competitively, based on actual numbers from recent days. We received 17 offers on our home within 1 week of listing and sold it for $200K over asking price. This exceeded our expectations and enabled us to qualify for better homes in the neighborhoods we were interested in. Kirsten was then diligent to look for and present to us new homes that fit our criteria, and she was very available to look at homes with us every week. We really had our hearts set on a specific architectural style home, and Kirsten pulled off a miracle by finding one in an excellent school district that was off-market and not yet listed on the MLS. We planned to sell our property with Kirsten at the start of the season. She came prepared at our first meeting with a knowledge of the area and our property, with a solid plan to market to the right buyers. She had a staging team that presented the property with an appealing aesthetic that played to the property's strengths as a hip loft for an urban professional.

Then the pandemic hit. Kirsten was there to reassure us that we were going to make it through the situation and that we would figure it out together. We had to cancel our open house at the last minute, but Kirsten was able to connect us to interested buyers to make the sale happen promptly. At the negotiating table, Kirsten was able to give us the information we needed to sell at a price higher than the initial offer. A long overdue review for a very talented and hardworking realtor and friend. Kirsten has helped me purchased a total of three homes, sell one home, and look for an apartment that meets my needs and expectations.

For this review on the purchase of the third home, Kirsten was quick on top of it (as always). The moment I texted her interest in a property, she immediately contacted the builder to arrange a meeting to check out the model homes. Instantly, that weekend, we met up to discuss expectations. She had also arranged another visit to a new home community within my range and expectations just in case the one had my eyes on didn't work.
