About Kirt

Kirt grew up in a family with a residential and commercial construction background, and quickly found a passion for the real estate market; bringing him to begin his career in real estate, in 1998. His family grew up in both Cedar and Vernon counties, giving him a well-versed education on the area and how the market has changed and grown over the years.

His rewarding career has been through two recessions, interest rates as high as 10%, and one housing boom. As far as real estate goes, you can say he has seen it all, and yet he still works tirelessly to overcome major obstacles to make sure each and every client has the buying or selling experience they deserve.

Through it all, he has won countless awards and achievements. He is grateful to his clients that made each award possible and brought him the hands on experience to continue his own personal growth as an agent. To Kirt, trophies, plaques, and certificates are nice, but the most important recognition is the thanks he gets from his clients for a job well done.
