About Kit

Kit has been in real estate since 2010, starting in new condo sales at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Inner Harbor before transitioning into the residential resale market in the Greater Baltimore area and throughout Maryland. He has expertise in all types of properties including Condominium and HOA Communities, Single-Family Properties, Townhomes and Row Homes, Waterfront Properties, Land, and Historic Properties including those with a Maryland Historic Trust Easement.

Having grown up in the housing industry, he is passionate about passing on his knowledge to clients so that they can feel confident in every decision they make through the buying or selling process. As a skilled negotiator, he analyzes every situation using data, experience, and intuition to put his clients in the best position to accomplish their desired outcomes. His construction background and personal experience in rehabbing homes make him extremely knowledgeable in understanding and communicating potential construction issues prior to listing a home for sellers or before putting in an offer for buyers.

He has worked with buyers and sellers to complete over $250,000,000 in real estate transactions over his career. He continues to educate himself on all aspects of real estate and has achieved both the Associate Broker and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations which exemplify his continued pursuit of excellence.

He grew up in Laytonsville, a small town in Montgomery County, MD where he attended Damascus High School before continuing his education at Salisbury University, graduating in 2000. He has lived in the Baltimore area since 2000 and resides in Federal Hill with his wife Kim and their two adorable cat sons, Clarence and Martini. He will be quick to engage in conversation about almost anything. His passions include gorgeous real estate, great local and international food, US and international travel, local and national breweries, skiing, and almost anything sports related.
