About a year ago I purchased a property from Kiwan, he and his wife were amazing to work with. He found a house that fit my needs, within my price range, within my target city. He's extremely knowledgeable and fought for an amazing deal, I entered my purchase with equity well over my down payment and it has only continued to grow since then. I can not thank him enough!

Kiwan helped my wife and I buy a home in CLT when we were completely new to the city. We had very little idea of which parts of town would be safe to live in, or good investment opportunities. With Kiwan's insight, we feel like we were able to hit both of those marks!

We had used other local realtors in town, but were never able to feel a good connection. We always felt like we were viewed as just another commission check. That completely changed when we met Kiwan.

Kiwan took his own personal time, on a Saturday, to visit our future house himself (on our behalf) and checked every corner, nook, and cranny. He was in the attic, down in the crawl space, and inspecting features we didn't even know existed. After that experience we knew we were in good hands and have never looked back!

We consider ourselves lucky to have met Kiwan, as he's not just a great Realtor, but has become a great friend as well.

I highly recommend engaging Kiwan as your Realtor. You will never find anyone who is as supportive, attentive, and professional as Kiwan. He walked with us through our first home build, interfaced with the construction company, was with us in the selection process, walked our property, and helped us deal with the inspections and closing process. He is a great listener, is great at matching your specifications with houses and locations, and walks with you each step of the way.

We previously went through 3 different realtors over the years and had to take our house off the market. We had almost given up until we were referred to Kiwan by a friend. He came in and explained to us exactly what we needed to do for it to sell. The drone photos he had taken of our property was also something previous realtors didn’t do. He is the best…highly recommended!!! 🤗🤩🏡

Kiwan made the process of buying my first home at 26 as least stressful as it could have been. He is very knowledgeable, diligent and thorough. He is prompt on communicating and listened to any and all my concerns that I had as a first time home buyer. I had a different realtor before Kiwan and she seemed kind of shady-like and the communication was touch and go leaving me without knowing what to do. On the back burner for a long time so to say. She never even researched the properties I was interested in. I felt like my time was completely wasted. After meeting Kiwan he was very attentive to listening to my concerns and needs. Kiwan was determined to get us the home we wanted. I was surprised when I closed on my house in only 2 months! I recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor/broker. It's been 4 years now and I still now and again find my self handing out his business card. If I could rate Kiwan at 10 stars I would, but 5 is the highest I can go. Hope this helps anyone out there looking to buy.

I live out of state and was looking to rent before buying… an extremely stressful situation. Was extremely lucky to have Kiwan showing family members a rental on my behalf.
Although that particular rental did not work out, Kiwan’s communication and willingness to suggest other locations was a welcome approach. I mean, he wasn’t representing these other places.
He was quick to answer my questions, make connections with listing agents and helped negotiate my rental agreement. Being in customer service myself, I would say Kiwan went above and beyond and will definitely be my go to when I’m ready to buy. Highly recommend :)

As a first-time homebuyer, Kiwan made the home buying process less daunting and extremely easy to navigate! I would recommend Kiwan to anyone really looking for a good home. He will go out of his way to do the best to help you search and find your next home. At first I was another realtor however, the realtor wasn't listening to what we wanted so I said I'm sorry but the house your showing me is too much to repair. So we waited some time and we did find a home of interest but it was undercontract. But we contacted Kiwan after a long search of a realtor and we talked about our finding. Kiwan did everything possible and come to find out it was mistaken for under contract. We had the best luck with Kiwan and now we have been living our home for over 3 years. Thank you Kiwan! for being the best, very kind and professional.

Kiwan is 1st of all, honest, honorable, and professional. He went above and beyond what any realtor has ever done for us. In addition to the expected showings, contacts, & outstanding communication, he attended every meeting with our builders (& took pictures), all walkthroughs, the closing, and has said he would help us prepare for our 1-yr meeting with builder. His knowledge about what to look for was invaluable. As we were building he even drove by the lot & house to check on progress for us. My husband and I recently relocated to the area from Florida and happened to find Kiwan Bigelow by a stroke of luck. We could barely get anyone to return our calls and e-mails to tour townhome rentals, but Kiwan was the realtor for one that we inquired about and offered to help us with touring the rest on our list. He met us three different days to show us around the area and everything we wanted to tour. Once we told him exactly what we were looking for, he found even more options for us. Kiwan is a true professional, goes the extra mile in every sense and truly cares for people. We are so grateful for the time and consideration he took with us, making himself available day or evening, around our work schedules.
We are renting until we are familiar with the area but when we decide to buy, we will definitely use Kiwan to find our new home.
