Kori Burke

Kori is a licensed real estate agent in Washington state. She has a well diverse understanding of the real estate industry. Growing up, Kori’s mom was a realtor. She was able to help her mom produce flyers, run errands, complete data entry on properties back when computer and electronic MLS wasn’t a thing.

Starting out as a realtor in 2014, she decided to take a leap of faith and follow her dream of helping families create independent wealth through real estate. Her passion has always been helping people. This opportunity not only allowed Kori to create new friendships in her community but also allowed some flexibility in her schedule as a young mom. Kori is very passionate about touring properties.

Prior to becoming a realtor, Kori was pursuing careers in trucking, restaurant management, as well as lending and insurance. The knowledge she has gained for this industry through working in lending and insurance has given her the opportunity to customize the home buying/selling experience for her clients and help them overcome unexpected obstacles throughout the transaction. Let’s be honest…. real estate can be challenging at times. Many come to her just for the wealth of knowledge that she sets forth. Not to mention going above and beyond for her clients to get things done!

In her first full year (2015), she helped over 20 families buy/sell their homes. Progressively since then, Kori has increased those numbers and has sold over 250 homes in SW Washington. 2020/2021 were her best years in real estate yet. She switched her mindset from a business oriented career woman to a relationship based mind set. Her business took off from there. In 2020, she sold 56 homes. In 2021, she broke her goal and came in at 62 homes for the year. (Making her a top 40 real estate agent at her company in the nation)

Kori specializes in working with residential buyers & sellers. But don’t worry, if you need multi-family help, she has connections there too!

The more educated the buyer, the better the experience becomes for all parties involved. She has studied the programs available in her area for all different kinds of buyers. From first time home buyers to investors to jumbo clients and much more. She has referral partners for most every scenario. Especially the new cash programs in the market.

She prides herself on helping and educating her clients to understand the complete process from start to finish. Buying/selling a home has a lot of steps and most people don’t understand the process. Her goal is to change the negative mindset of realtors being ‘USED CAR SALESMEN’ into a wonderful friendship that lasts for many years to come.

Kori is a mom to four wonderful children. She has recently become a single mom and raises her babies on her own. She grew up in Vancouver and knows SW Washington very well. She is also familiar with the surrounding areas. She currently resides in La Center, WA. She graduated from Evergreen High School in 2005 in the top 5% of her class.

Since high school, Kori decided to attend college on a scholarship for softball after working part-time for her dad's trucking company for 7 years. Finding a job that she loved became very challenging. She has always wanted a career that was challenging and fulfilling. Most weren’t challenging enough. Then, Real Estate fell in her lap after working in lending with her mom and she hasn't looked back since.
