When my parent passed, Kreg sold their house in Canyon Lake for us. I can't say enough positive things about the job he and his team did. My wife and I live 75 miles away, so we needed an agent who would manage all the detail of selling the property. With one phone call Kreg was on site assessing the property and offering to fix the little and not-so-little items that help sell a house for top dollar. He was easy to talk to, quick to respond, and extremely knowledgeable. Kreg's been in the real estate business long enough to have seen it all, and he's been in the area long enough to know everyone, both of which I consider paramount to finding the area's best agent. Kreg even reached out to an extremely competent friend (attorney) who assisted with the probate legal work needed to sell the property. The best part about the experience was that Kreg sold our house at the full listing price and then added his commission. With all sincerity, I don't think we could have worked with a better agent. If you are looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend Kreg McCoy.

If you need a real estate professional, you should absolutely work with Kreg. We’ve worked with him for the purchase and sale of a few of our properties. He’s been nothing but professional and a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of real estate which made partnering with him very comforting. Buying and selling homes can be stressful, but Kreg has always been so responsive to our needs and put our minds at ease.
