With the market being as wild as it is in 2023, our landlord decided to sell our rental. We had 60 days to figure something out. I reached out to the Turners with nothing but fear and they quite literally saved us from homelessness. We put all of our trust into the Turners and they made finding and buying our first home an absolute breeze. From explaining everything in layman’s terms, not having us do anything more than was necessary, and doing things that worked for us and our schedule they are the absolute best realtor team out there. Genuine people with genuine hearts.

My husband and I suggest the Turners to ANYONE looking to buy or sell.
They are well worth your time!

We can’t say enough about our experience with Kris Turner and her husband, Royce. Relocating to Arkansas from Texas, we had very specific wants and needs in our next home, but it was not always easy or doable for us to hop in our car for 5-7 hours to see a new listing. Sometimes the homes we were interested in were not even close to Heber Springs, Team Turner’s home base. Kris and Royce always found a way. They would tour the home and provide video so we could see it. During the video, they would focus on the things they knew were important to us. Kris would even drive through areas hoping to find a home we might like. Kris was exceptionally prompt to reply to questions and concerns. Kris and Royce are experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and professional - willing to go the “extra mile” (literally and figuratively). We would highly recommend Kris and Royce Turner for your next real estate need!

Kris Turner is top notch. She makes herself available at all hours and everything was handled very efficiently. She is very familiar with the area and can tell you anything you need to know about the neighborhoods (anything from where is the closest good food option to whether or not there is any wildlife in the ‘hood). We are from out of state so she jumped through hoops for us to make sure we saw all the properties we wanted to while we were in town. I would highly recommend her if you are selling or purchasing a home. The only downside is after the deal is done you feel like you are losing a friend rather than a business associate.

Kris was amazing! My husband and I had reached out to several agents in the area and none had gotten back to us, until we found kris! She was motivated and always on top of things. We were buying sight unseen which is nerve wracking, I was nervous, she was extremely thorough with video showings for us. Now our home buying process was not ordinary, it was an extremely difficult transaction, honestly the most difficult real estate transaction I have ever been a part of. ( I was a real estate agent in CO for 6 years so I’ve been part of a few) kris handled the situation amazingly, and did every thing to get us to the closing table and keep every thing together. When we decided to sell our property at Pangburn my first thought was Kris Turner. I loved the fact that she is from Pangburn and familiar with the community and the people who live there. Kris Turner, a local Heber Springs RE/MAX Advantage realtor was just excellent to work with. I contacted her the very morning of a new listing she was about to sign. She helped me write an electronic offer to purchase on this home. With my computer skills being somewhat limited with my age and generation, she made the process seem effortless! The offer was immediately presented to the seller and accepted. Surprisingly, in a span of less than six hours, I had become a successful Arkansas home purchaser after utilizing all her assistance and knowledge. I had never stepped foot in the State of Arkansas, nor had I ever seen this property with my very own eyes, I simply trusted her judgement call.
