As far back as she can remember, Kris Whalen always had a vested interest in home decor, staging, and real estate. When it came time to decide on her career path, she knew becoming a realtor would be a great fit. Kris has found a career that allows her to blend my desire to help those in my community find the home of their dreams, with my love of interior design.
Kris joined Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors in 1998 and has worked her way up from the company’s Bronze Club to Double Diamond Club through the years and has also been honored as a top lister and top sales associate in the Clinton Office in 2017-2020 and top lister in 2021.
However, the award that means the most to Kris, and she have been fortunate enough to win a few times, is Ruhl & Ruhls’ Excellence in Service award. This accolade is based on client feedback, so it is incredibly gratifying to be able to help her friends and family buy and sell their homes but also to do so in a way that made them feel supported and taken care of. At the end of the day, it is important to her that the buyers and sellers she works with feel she represented them and their needs well. Kris wants her clients to know, that even after the process is over, she is still there for them! Kris truly is blessed with the friendships she has made over the years and looks forward to creating more!
Outside of real estate, Kris is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys running and biking and has completed six full marathons and several half marathons and has sponsored runs like the Pam Pray Memorial Run, Clinton Half Marathon, Freezin’ for a Reason Run, and Finally Fridays. There is little a positive attitude cannot get you through!
Kris is married with one son, a beautiful grandson, and two awesome golden retrievers, Milo & Mazy, who keep her on my toes!
