I found Krissy through a mutual friend, and she was incredible!
Within a week not only did she find a house that I made an offer on and got it, but she guided me personally on every step and procedure; from securing funding, insurance, utilities, and even handymen to help repair some things that needed fixing. If I had to sum her up to anyone I would say that Krissy is respectful, knowledgeable, resourceful, and understanding. Highly recommend her to anyone who is actively looking.

We moved out of state thinking we were going to keep our home in Florida. When a change of circumstance occurred, we needed to sell. Not being in Florida, they house was not ready to sell. I assumed I'd have to travel back and forth getting the house ready for market and leaving my family behind. I called Krissy, mailed her a key, and pretty much everything was taken care of by her and her team. Instead of traveling back and forth getting the house ready, Krissy arranged for everything that needed to be done, and kept an eye on the property until it sold (which was incredibly fast). Normally with realtors I still have to manage most of the details, Krissy stayed on top of everything, the house sold in record time for a great price. Very happy we used Krissy as our realtor and would strongly recommend her.

Krissy is a wonderful person to work with! She is friendly and professional and took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a house. She was always super responsive and was able to show places right when they came on the market. Plus she helped me resolve some last minute issues to make sure I could close on an awesome house! She has a great network of local folks who can help with all sorts of house questions too. She made the whole process a lot easier! Thanks Krissy!!

Krissy was fantastic. Her cheerful attitude and skills made the sale of our home stress free. Her talents and knowledge of the area ensured top-dollar for our property.
The listing was in a class of its own. The photos and 3D rendering were outstanding, really show-casing our property to the fullest.
Krissy worked with the appraiser ensuring appraisal was accurate.
It was a pleasure working with Krissy. She continuously updated us on the status as well as giving us great advise and suggestions.
We would definitely use her again. She treated us as family and we are happy to have made a life-long friend in the process.
I would definitely recommend Krissy to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

I'm a first-time home buyer and wanted an Ocean Front property. I am also not the type that would settle... with all these high expectations, my Realtor was able to deliver. She is knowledgeable, professional, well connected and best of all...patient. I am also new to the area so I wasn't sure what I am looking for. She worked around the clock, answered all questions promptly and provided many good advice. She walked me thru the entire process: search, inspection, closing, and after. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a good, honest and sincere Realtor.
