My family and I moved to Wake County in North Carolina about 13 years ago, so I understand many concerns that buyers have when relocating to this area. I have been through what you are going through now. I will help you to find the home that is best for you! We have bought and sold many homes, so I also can understand how intimidating and stressful the selling process can be. Because of my personal experiances I know what sellers are going through. Questions like the following are continually going through your mind. Is this a buyer qualified to purchase my home , did I get the best price for my home, do I need to adjust my home's price, is this contract going to close, when is it okay for me to start packing and is my real estate agent ever going to contact me and tell me what is going on?
