About Krista

A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Krista holds a Bachelor’s of Architectural Engineering degree. She’s been working in and around the construction and housing industry most of her life. Krista began her professional career in her family’s business, performing architectural and construction management duties. Eventually, she became a co-owner of a construction company of her own, building luxury homes along the New Jersey shore. She also renovated, staged and flipped homes for profit.
In 2019, Krista changed career paths and became a Realtor in order to sell properties rather than build them. Her past experience has helped her achieve the rising star award in her first year as a Realtor and grow her business every year since.
Born and raised in Berks County, PA she now resides in Lower Heidelberg Township where her three children visit often. In her spare time, Krista enjoys working on projects in her own home which is her latest renovation project.

Krista was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I have been looking for the perfect home for over a year on our own. Once Krista got involved we got our dream house within a matter of days. We had actually asked for a showing at another property, but after seeing our interests Krista took it upon herself to do her own research and added another house to the days showings. The house she found had everything we were looking for and more!! Her experience and expertise was immediately evident. Krista not only searched for what we asked for, but got to know us and our wants personally and kept an eye out for homes we may not think to search for. I can’t imagine finding a more perfect fit, and there is no way we could have found it on our own. Once we made our decision to make an offer, she helped us every step of the way through settlement. We had very little work to do ourselves as information for inspections and utilities setup was all provided for us. Thank you so much Krista. I can’t say enough how happy we are with our new home.

My husband and I had a GREAT experience working with Krista on selling our home and purchasing a new home for our growing family. She is energetic, knowledgeable, and overall, so pleasant to work with. We spoke to Krista about wanting to find a new home and within an hour we were already touring a house! Buying and selling can be a stressful process, but knowing we had Krista helping to guide us made the process go so smooth. Her knowledge of construction and design was also a huge plus. I always felt like I was Krista's priority, which is important when choosing someone to help you with this big life change. She was quick to answer calls, emails, and texts!
