When working with buyers her knowledge of home construction helps navigate home inspections and negotiations of repairs. Prior to becoming a broker, Kris worked as a science teacher for 12 years. Her patience and love for education allows her to smoothly guide first time homes buyers through a successful purchase. She even teaches a free first-time home buyer class to introduce potential buyers to the process. Her goal is to make clients feel comfortable and informed during the entire process, often the biggest financial decisions of their lives. When she is not working, Kris volunteers with the SMART Reading program, Girls on the Run and Friends of Trees.
