Kristen Denihan

Kristen has been the consummate real estate professional since receiving her license in 2012, artfully guiding her clients throughout the entire buying and selling process to achieve their real estate objectives. Her prior careers in nutrition and pharmaceuticals were exceptional environments to help hone her natural skills as a communicator, facilitator, and advisor. With her extended family being long- time professionals in New York’s real estate industry, it was a natural transition for Kristen to join in on the family conversation by becoming a realtor herself. Working mostly out of Long Island’s North Shore, primarily in the Manhasset/ Port Washington area, she focuses on all types of clients: millennials looking for their first home, families downsizing after their children have moved on, and clients looking for larger homes to accommodate their ever- growing families. Over the years, Kristen has assisted her clients in finding their perfect lifestyle home or investment property by listening intently to their wishes, working diligently with them, and discovering the ideal solution to their real estate needs.
A Gold Circle of Excellence winner in 2019 and 2020, Kristen’s reputation reflects her skills as a negotiator and problem- solver when it comes to managing her clients’ needs throughout the sometimes-arduous process of finding or selling a home in the competitive market on Long Island. As a native of the island, Kristen is acutely aware of what it takes to work with her neighbors and colleagues in order to find the best results using her can- do attitude and unrelenting drive for perfection in everything she does.

A mother of four, Kristen does not turn down challenges outside of her real estate life, having run her first marathon in 2018 after a friend asked her to participate. When she is not assisting clients or staying in shape, she can be found playing tennis or shuttling her children to their varied and numerous activities or sporting events.
