Kristen was fantastic to work with. We were first time home buyers in a unique situation in a very competitive market. Kristen was extremely responsive and kept our expectations realistic based on her previous experiences. My fiance and I both at different times were traveling out of the lower 48 and Kristen made sure regardless of where we were, that we were in the loop. Kristen also gave great advice and recommendations when we needed to make some decisions that we weren't quite sure how to tackle. This was our First Experience buying a home. We have heard from others how difficult it can be and the nightmares people have run into! We are SO Thankful that Kristen helped us. Working with Kristen has been excellent! She’s extremely knowledgeable and I feel like the whole buying process has been a breeze since our offer was accepted. We contacted her right after going to an open house for a house we loved (and the house that we are closing on in 2 weeks) and she was quick to get back to us and the very next day she met us at the house because we wanted to check it out one more time before putting in an offer. She also helped us find a home inspector who was also excellent to work with and her recommendations and advice have just made everything so much less stressful! Highly recommend working with her for buying a house!

Kristen is by far the most personable realtor I have ever met. Working with her to find our home never felt like it was just business. I'm writing this review to let anyone interested in buying a house in the Athol area that I just had the most wonderful experience with Kristen Dodge of Hometown Realty. I didn't make it easy on her as I kept changing my requirements. She never gave up on us and kept sending us the latest info for our ever-changing requests. She always offered excellent advice and made sure we were heading in the right direction. We were looking for a second home and one that we could share with our niece. Once the property that we felt was the perfect fit came along Kristen truly went to work. There wasn't any hesitation once the ball started rolling. She made all the right calls and appointments to give us the best chance to close on this waterfront property. Not only did she help us with the house, she also got us in touch with an incredible home inspector.This was very important because we live out of state and wouldn't be able to check on everything ourselves. She also worked closely with our niece to make sure she had all of the information to help us through this process. Throughout this wonderful ordeal, Kristen put us in touch with whatever and whomever we needed to purchase this amazing property. She coordinated with our out of state bank as well as her recommendation for closing attorney. All in all, we couldn't be happier with all of the help that Kristen provided. I would highly recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy real estate. You won't be disappointed!!!
