A lot of change occurs when your parents finally pass away. They owned a single-family home in Ocean City, MD where they visited once a week for almost 25 years. Unfortunately, the home was geographically too far away for me to manage or enjoy, and so I made the difficult decision to sell it.

Kristen was recommended to me by a realtor in Virginia whom I worked with and trusted. She proudly notes she was born and raised in the Maryland Eastern Shore area, and it’s evident she has developed many relationships over the years. When the time came to prepare the property for sale she helped facilitate a near-total renovation along with other management tasks that I could not have done myself. I found her to be energetic and honest and so were the many people she referred me to along the way. The real estate market at this time was uncertain but I was patient and trusted her judgement and all worked out well.

Her communication was outstanding and so very important given I did not live nearby; she kept me updated and answered my many questions. She went above and beyond to be present at the house on every occasion when needed since I could not. She was the perfect agent for me, especially at this period of change in my life, and I recommend her highly in every way.
