About Kristen

With deep Gainesville roots and a fourth-generation legacy in real estate, Broker/Owner Kristen Rabell has spent her career redefining what modern leadership in real estate looks like. Kristen entered the industry in 2006—just before the market crash—and instead of stepping back, she stepped forward. Her resilience and vision helped forge one of Gainesville’s most successful real estate teams, ultimately paving the way for the launch of Rabell Realty Group in 2016.
Her foundation is built on service, mentorship, and the belief that great businesses are grown through community. Before real estate, Kristen worked as a photojournalist across Western Europe and Latin America and later taught English and writing in Puerto Rico. These experiences refined her communication, broadened her world view, and strengthened her ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
A past marathoner and leukemia survivor, Kristen lives by the principle that success is built in small, meaningful steps. Her leadership style reflects that philosophy—intentional, steady, and deeply focused on helping agents grow into empowered, confident professionals. Through masterminds, strategic training, and collaborative marketing, she ensures every agent in the brokerage has the tools, knowledge, and mindset to compete at the highest level.
Beyond real estate, Kristen is a devoted community leader. She has served on the boards of United Way, the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (Past President, 2017), BNI Leadership (President, 2026), and several local nonprofit and civic organizations. She is passionate about gardening, traveling, and supporting her son Mason’s swimming career with his high school swim team and Gator Swim Club.
Today, Kristen continues the Rabell family legacy with purpose—bringing integrity, professionalism, and a relentless commitment to excellence to every client, every agent, and every transaction.
