Born and raised in Marin County, Kristen has been a dedicated member of the workforce since she was 20 years old. Her competitive nature and drive are tailor-made for an energetic sales environment, and she spent her early career in various sales and management roles in San Diego’s surf industry. It was Kristen’s experience moving to Sacramento that inspired her to become a real estate professional.
After earning her real estate license in 2005, Kristen sold 20 homes in her first year alone. Her clients’ continual satisfaction is reflected in the abundance of referrals and repeat customers she’s acquired over the years. They represent a diverse range of backgrounds, from first-time buyers and young families to savvy investors as well as firefighters, nurses, and police. Kristen also has personal experience as a real estate investor who owns and manages five out-of-state rental properties.
Kristen and her husband, a battalion chief with the Sacramento Fire Department, have lived in the Greater Sacramento area since 2004. Kristen enjoys coaching sports and volunteering at her two young daughters’ school. She loves to stay active in her free time, be it hiking, biking, camping, gardening, working out, practicing yoga, or traveling. She also appreciates cooking and wine tasting.
