The sale was complicated and lengthy, none of which was Kristen’s fault. Out of everyone involved, Kristen was the best in keeping all parties in the loop. O boy where do I even start...our journey with Kristen started several months ago when my husband and I wanted to purchase a new home...Now being a young couple with not very good credit we never thought that we would be able to purchase this nice home that Kristen showed us...but dang can this girl work some magic!!!! We had so many bumps in the road, hoops to jump thru, dead ends, and curve balls thrown at us that I was ready to throw the towel in and walk away but Kristen kept reassuring my husband that she can make this happen for us and to not allow me to give up...so I hung on by a thread! needless to say a few months down the road and many late nights for Kristen and time away from her family (which we appreciate very much) my wonderful family and I are now living our new beautiful home and we owe it all to Kristen! My husband lives in another country, so we appreciate Kirsten's responsiveness and her flexibility in scheduling a Zoom appointment we could all be present (and fully awake) for. I especially appreciate that when Kirsten discussed specifics in mortgage, she was careful to make it very clear that mortgage terms can vary across institutions and that we should be sure to look into the specific terms of any mortgage, and that she was only giving us a general overview as an example. As a first-time homebuyer, it really helped me feel confident and secure!
