When my husband and I were moving to the area last year, we very quickly went through three real estate agents. Each one that we spoke to assured us that they wanted to work for us, but none of them seemed to have the time to meet with us, return phone calls or e-mails, and would not agree to spend much time with us for the time we had allotted to drive 17 hours to search for a new home. I met Kristen, over the phone, when I called about a house that she had listed. She was friendly, pleasant, and helpful, not just about the house, but with sharing information with me about the local area. When it became clear to us that we were getting no help from our third agent, I remembered my conversation with Kristen and called her back. She agreed to meet with us and show us houses while we were going to be in the area. True to her word, Kristen spent HOURS with us over the course of 4-5 days. She showed us every house we were interested in and a few of them, we even looked at twice. In a matter of days, we had a contract on a house, and felt confident about moving to the area and into our new home. We had a GREAT experience with Kristen and would not hesitate to use her again as our agent. She truly cares about helping people and is a blessing to know. We have already recommended her to several friends and will continue to do so!
