Selling a home is always a difficult process but packing up, selling, and moving out of your home of twenty-five years while in your seventies and dealing with health issues is a delicate matter—one that requires a kind-hearted and empathetic real estate agent. We found that in Kristen Weckworth.

Recommended to us by a trusted friend, we didn’t know what to expect when we reached out to Kristen. We weren’t even sure if, or when, we were going to sell the house. Kristen took her time and explained the entire process… sometimes twice or three times. There was no pressure and my parents felt safe in her capable hands. When it came time to sell, Kristen took charge and held our hands throughout the entire process. With her expertise, the house sold quickly… and for the price my parents had hoped to get.

I cannot say enough kind things about Kristen. She treated my parents as if they were her own. Her skills as real estate agent are only outmatched by her big heart.

Smooth sailing. Kristen and her team did all the heavy lifting and made purchasing our home a walk in the park. Kristen showed us multiple properties throughout 2022 and was patient with us while we looked for the right fit. She is extremely knowledgeable and is a fantastic negotiator. Closed escrow ahead of schedule. 10/10 would recommend.
