Tia Segretto was our real estate agent and she was exceptional! She was patient and friendly and helpful with helping us find a home, she was understanding and supportive with helping us make sure that we had found our forever home. The thing I personally appreciated is Tia knew when to step in and give us advice and direction and when to let us discuss and decide on our own what our next steps were. Once we all agreed that we had found the perfect home, Tia was a tiger relentlessly contacting our lender and finding us a lawyer and getting all the documents together and crossing t’s and dotting I’s. For us, we had never been through the home buying process before and Tia knew that and never took advantage of us nor did she ever come across or present herself as a salesperson. She was a confidant, a consultant, an absolute angel and we got our forever home!! God bless Tia Segretto!!! We never could have done this without you!!!

During this process Kristi was able to get my house on the market quickly and I was amazed by the number of showings she was able to schedule. I worked with Kristi after being referred by two of my closest friends. Let me tell you... I am so thankful they did. As a first time home buyer I was very scared to look at I didn't know what the heck I was doing. Kristi is so incredibly patient, a wonderful teacher and the BEST advocate for your clients. Any question, any time, she was ON IT! We had a couple hiccups when it came to closing and Kristi made sure that not only ever was taken care of but it was taken care of correctly, the first time. I could go on and on but point being, you cannot find someone better.

Relocating from outside the area and Kristi was there every step of the way from accommodating remote showings to post sale questions on the home. She was engaging and wonderful! Even put us in touch with Movement Mortgage, which was the easiest mortgage application process we ever had! Amazing!

Kristi was absolutely fantastic to work with! We first came into contact with her when we saw a listing for a house. We were looking to buy a ranch home. She was always available, knowledgeable and friendly. After looking at a number of existing homes, we decided to build. I have bought and sold several houses over the years and have never really felt that any agents were particularly interested in “matching me” to the right home-that is, until I met Kristi at an open house. She is extremely professional and got to know what my needs were (which could change on a weekly basis) she showed me rentals for my company and homes for my family. She knew I was particularly interested in being close to my family and after showing me so many houses and working so hard while I was stuck in the 2008 house prices, we finally had a conversation about what it would take to get near my kids. She made it happen-I’m not sure how she made her magic work, but it was the easiest purchase and closing I have ever experienced.
