I worked with my Mom because she's my Mom, but the phenomenal treatment I received is the same caliber she gives everyone. She empowers and educates home buyers like no one else. Each step of the way, she explained the 'why' behind what we were doing so I was informed in my decisions. She answered all of my questions with expertise that only comes from someone with experience like she has AND a dedication to continuous improvement. Whether it's a new government program, changes due to COVID, up-and-coming developments, etc., she always makes sure she is in the know and passes that along to her clients and even other real estate agents. Each time we entered a new showing, she was prepared with knowledge on the home itself, the neighborhood, and the 'bones' that made the house a good fit and good value. Since working with my Mom, I have confidently recommended her and her referrals (home inspector, title agency, LOs) to so many friends and coworkers who then tell me all about their wonderful experiences working with her - whether it's a humble starter home or a sprawling estate, she always gives 100%. I am so proud of her skill and savvy, but also the way she puts her whole heart into what she does.
