Kristi DuCharme

I have been a licensed REALTOR since 2007 and have both my MN and WI licenses so that I can represent all my twin ports clients. I came from a small town west of the Twin Cities to attend UMD in 2003 and I graduated with a B.B.A. in Organizational Management.

My husband Scott and I met at UMD and were married here in Duluth in July 2008. We have two beautiful daughters Abrielle and Charlotte who keep our home lives very busy. We love spending summers outdoors, hiking and spending time on the Lakewalk here in Duluth. We own our own share of investment properties here in Duluth which allows us a lot more family time than traditional jobs. As a family we enjoy making home made meals together. Our kitchen is the heart of our home and we love cooking, baking, canning, and making our own things from scratch.

As an agent of 12+ years, I can honestly say I love my job! It may be stressful at times, but I love working with all my buyers, sellers and all other associates in real estate. At the end of the day, I get to help you find or sell your first home, second home, forever home, or even investment property. Real estate is like a puzzle...you have a whole bunch of pieces that need to fit together perfectly to make someones dream a reality! A lot of my current business is with first time buyers, investors, and personal properties. I am a very honest and open agent and I believe a client should never settle on a home, it sometimes takes a little bit to find that perfect fit!
