Born and raised in Spokane, Kristi Kerkuta is one who embraces all that Spokane has to offer, and enjoys sharing that with her clients. In her ten years as a Realtor, Kristi has built a successful business based on referrals from clients who have experienced her amazing customer service, attention to detail, and her ability to solve even the most difficult challenges.
Kristi is a graduate of Eastern Washington University, with a degree in Business Communication. She quickly rose to the top of Spokane’s Realtors, handling transactions of any size, working with Relocation clients as they move to Spokane, and being extremely well respected by her peers. Kristi relishes learning new skills in this every changing industry, and is quick to integrate these skills into her business. Her clients appreciate her knowledge, technical ability and the thoughtful care she gives to each person.
In addition to her real estate business, Kristi is the mother of two children, and enjoys the outdoors, whether it be running, hiking, camping, hot air balloon or helicopter rides, horse-back riding, or playing with her family and dogs. Kristi loves travelling, and has had the opportunity to experience much of the world, including living for a year in Australia. She looks forward to one day traveling the rest of the world!
