Kristi helped us buy our first home in 2013. She had so much patience with us and showed us way too many houses to count! We were first time home buyers with a baby on the way. She worked so hard to make sure we got what we wanted and needed! In January 2022 she helped us find our new home and put our house on the market. Kristi went above and beyond to help us get all the things done in our new home and make sure our house was ready to sell at top market value. Our home buying experience with Kristi was nothing short of amazing! She was so helpful with the whole process from our first home showing to the final signature on the papers. Kristi made sure to adhere to our needs when it came to what we wanted in a house and not sell us just any house that was available and we really appreciated that! As first time home buyers we were a little skeptical about the whole process, but she was there to walk us through it all and made sure we understood every little part. Her patience was crystal clear with all of the questions we had! I have been working with Kristi for the last 3 years on both personal and investment property. She goes above and beyond in everything she does. She thoroughly explains her process at the beginning of any relationship and works hard to fully understand the needs of the buyer/seller.

She uses her experience in the field to help answer your questions and also helps you develop questions you haven't thought of. Her connections around town come in very handy when you come across any unique situations that need attention.

She has a background in the rental market and is able to assist investors in evaluating property, making sure a property matches the goal of the investor.

I've known Kristi for 10+ yrs. She has helped us sell & buy two homes. Why do I recommend her? Because she goes above beyond to help you! She's creative at problem solving She's got a great network of buyers & sellers. One house we thought might have difficulty selling, she sold within a week & she got us more than we expected to get for it. I recommended her to my neighbor and she sold his house in 1 day. She came over and spent time helping me pick out paint colors, and then recommended a painter to me that painted the entire inside of my 2-level house in one day, and at an excellent price. she has connections with every kind of contractor you might need to make repairs or upgrades. When helping you buy a home, her goal is to help you find the home that will make you happy! She told me that's her greatest pleasure. She's not going to try to talk you into buying something that doesn't feel right to you. She will work hard for you whether you are buying or selling, and you will love her personality!
