Through the Fayette County Board of REALTORS©, Kristi is a Circle of Achievement award winner since 2013 achieving Life status. She received the 2015 Keller Williams Southeast Region’s WI4CTS award and has served on the Keller Williams Peachtree City Agent Leadership Council since 2013. She is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), certified Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), a National Association of REALTORS© e-PRO and a member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council. She is a 2015 graduate of the Fayette County Board of REALTORS© Leadership Academy, a 2001 graduate of the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy, a multi-BOLD graduate and has received numerous awards for real estate sales including several Southeast Region recognitions.

Kristi and the late Sally O. Washburn formed The Sally Washburn Team at Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Perimeter in 2007 with the goal of creating an exceptional, professional real estate experience for their clients. By combining Sally’s experience and Kristi’s marketing background, the grandmother/granddaughter team brought together the best practices of real estate. A licensed real estate agent and broker for almost 50 years at the time of her passing in 2009, many on the Southside remember Sally for Washburn Realty, the company she and her husband, Tommy, opened in East Point, GA in 1964. In 2010, Kristi formed Kristi W. Rapson & Associates, Inc. striving to carry on Sally’s high standards, professionalism and deep regard for her customers.

A native of Atlanta, Kristi grew up in the College Park and Fayette County areas, leaving Georgia to attend and graduate from Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth, Texas, home of the Horned Frogs. Kristi values ongoing training so that she can best serve her customers now and in the future.
