Kristi Rike

Living in and exploring the Richmond area for over 20 years now, Kristi Rike carries an extensive knowledge of all things RVA. Her love of helping others guided her to a successful Real Estate career, which she loves. As a REALTOR with Shaheen, Ruth, Martin & Fonville since 2019, Kristi is known for her unmatched devotion to her clients and her desire to go above and beyond the expected duties. This level of service earned her “Rookie of the Year” in 2019 and enabled her to surpass $6 million in sales in her first full year as an agent! She is blessed to call her clients her friends.

Prior to entering Real Estate, Kristi worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist, serving ages birth to 99. She honed the ever-important skills of being patient, focusing on details, remaining proactive and acting as a strong advocate for each of her clients. Her passion for helping others is why she continues to be involved in the Special Needs community through her involvement with Jacob’s Chance. Kristi is the Director of Community Outreach for this amazing non-profit serving differently-abled individuals in the community. She loves living in and serving the vibrant Metro Richmond community.

Kristi lives in Glen Allen with her husband of 19 years, Chris, and their three children, Jackson, Addison and Olivia. The Rike family is one that enjoys entertaining. You will often find friends gathered in and around their home, as friends and fellowship are their passions.
