Kristi really took the time to listen to me and my wants and concerns, she even got me a home warranty for the house I purchased. She was available to me whenever I needed her and really helped me get my priorities in line for quick sale of my home. I consider Kristi a friend of mine now as she is a good person who is fair and considerate and a fantastic real estate agent!

The realtor Kristi Rucker is a great agent. I live out of state and she helped me sell my house in very short time. She made extra effort and went to the house many times for me, such as check out handyman’s work, took pictures and emailed the details to me, help me to hire good handymen to tidy things up, remove unwanted stuff. She is a very good communicator. She kept me posted on everything about the house until escrow is closed.
It is a pleasure working with her. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, detailed and responsive. Thank you, Kristi!

10 Stars!!! Kristi Rucker is a completely one of a kind professional, real estate agent who always places her clients at the heart of everything she does.

I do not have enough words to express the wide range of experiences - 10+ offers, rescinding offers, advising offerings, communication with lenders, sellers, builders, understanding what we were looking for, patience, kindness, thoughtfulness that in the end made Kristi feel like a family member who was also our professional representative having the hard conversations on our behalf.

Kristi looked at houses weekly with us over a year and a half. We never felt pressured by her - she listened to us to the point she often knew and was preparing actions before we had conversations because she paid that much attention to us.

I can not encourage anyone enough to build a working relationship with this individual who is a rare breed of person to encounter now days.

Kristi Rucker is "THE BEST" Realtor we have ever had.
We have never had a realtor that cared about us and what our wants and needs in a home needed to be. Kristi spent so much time looking for the perfect home, was very kind and Professional. In these trying times of Covid 19, she was always aware of the surroundings that we went to see.
Kristi was with us through the whole transaction from beginning to end. She is more of a friend to us than just a realtor. When we sell our home she will be our Realtor again. Kristi was incredible! I was handed to Kristi - when my regular person had a situation that required their full attention.. at the time that I was about to begin my home search. Kristi was amazing. She answered all emails and calls no matter the time, or day, she drove countless hours all over the state it seemed - to show us houses. She was patient, and put me at ease a few times, she was supportive when I lost the one I really wanted, but helped get me back on track to find a beautiful home. She is very responsive, and will work to get things done! I couldn't have done it without her, and will forever be grateful that she helped me into a wonderful home.
