Kristian Bonk is a Los Angeles native who boasts over 20 years of professional real estate experience. Kristian embarked on a career in Real Estate in 1997 by assisting launch high profile LA realty firm Fred Sand’s flagship Hancock Park/Larchmont Village office. In 1998 he joined top real estate agent, Rory Posin, through commitment, hard work and dedication, together they formed The RESULTS Real Estate Group. In partnership with Rory, The RESULTS team quickly became the leading real estate group in West Los Angeles and Cheviot Hills, a designation it enjoys today. Kristian’s dedication to client service, his depth of real estate knowledge and ability to navigate clients through the entire process of buying or selling a home has made him one of the leaders in Westside real estate. Kristian handles all client relations to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish. He personally prepares every home, organizes, stages, and coordinates landscaping and home repairs. On a personal level, Kristian is married with 4 amazing and active children. He and his wife, Desiree, are very involved with their kids activities and sports programs such as AYSO soccer and YMCA/JAO basketball.
