I’ve known Kristie for over a decade and know that she is honest, hard working, has integrity and truly cares about people. She advocated and negotiated on my behalf in a very competitive market. She talked me through the pros and cons of investing in different parts of the county, type of home and potential for an income producing property in the future. She has a good reputation and connections, which helped during the process. She was reliable in communication and responsive to my needs. Kristie was amazing!
Kristie has helped me so much! I was having so much trouble finding a home in a location that fit all my needs but Kristie spent months with me looking and helping me. One thing I loved about Kristie is that she actually listened to me about what I wanted. And based on that she helped give me advice. Also she was always available. She worked 7 days a week answering questions and setting up showings. If I wasn't available to go to a showing she would Facetime me. I can't say enough how dedicated Kristie is to what she does. And when we did finally find a home, it happened to be one that needs a lot of work. But she coordinated and helped get estimates from different contractors so I had an idea of what kind of work it needed and about how much it was going to be. I had a wonderful experience working with Kristie. I trust her and would strongly recommend her to anyone!

Kristie did a terrific job selling my house from the beginning to the end. She was very prepared for our initial meeting and made a great first impression. She did not try to pressure me for the listing, which I liked. After signing her agreement, Kristie had a photographer out the next day who did a great job on the pictures. The pictures were ready within 24 hours and my house was up on all the different real estate websites (including a website specifically for the house) in less than 1 day after I signed her on as my broker. We had our first offer in less than 3 hours after my house went live on the MLS. Whew! In fact, we had over 5 total offers on the property!! Throughout the process, Kristie kept in contact with me daily via, phone, text, or email. We had trials and tribulations with buyers, but she always kept a positive mindset and stayed focused on selling my property. I would definitely use Kristie again, she is one of the most organized and diligent brokers I have ever used and her marketing is far more superior than what I have seen out there which means more eyes on your listing!

Carter and Company is the way to go. Kristie has represented me on two home sales and one purchase. This last sale was trying due to the global situation but Kristie kept everything moving and my imagination tranquil. I had a huge house with a lot of problems. Not easy to sell. Kristi and Sylvia saw the good and went for it. Up went the signs and the marketing of 6 bedrooms single story 2 master bedrooms . Received several offers,
but none satisfied us until the big family, came along with 6 kids. Bingo!!! Perfect match. It took patience on both Kristi, Sylvia and me. At times we thought it would not sell at the asking price.

I would definitely advise sellers and buyers to contact Kristie Carter. She was the seller's agent on a property in SLO county -- we were interested in the property but we didn't have a RE agent. Rather than get another agent, Kristie also represented us. For some RE agents, this situation might not have went well. But my husband and I were completely happy with the help and support Kristie provided. She was super helpful with all the inspections and gathered as much information as she could on the many questions we had. She was also timely in her responses. Even after we purchased the home, Kristie continued to help us line up some treatments and find other information for us. Plus, she's fun and interesting -- We feel you will be pleased to have Kristie as your RE agent.
