Kristie Dimarakis is a REALTOR at LPT Realty, a firm that specializes in all aspects of residential & commercial real estate. Kristie is a native of Chicago, Illinois and a graduate of Kennesaw State University, in Atlanta, Georgia where she received a degree in Business/Marketing. Kristie entered the real estate field in 2014. She chose LPT Realty based on success and longevity as a LPT associate, Kristie receives the most up-to-date real estate training in market trends and unparalleled customer service. Helping clients find the right house to call home is her passion. Her dedication to clients and love of helping others is what motivates her the most. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to making every real estate transaction a pleasure. Kristie, has successfully completed a Florida CLE course designed to help Realtors cater to the unique needs of pre-construction and new construction homebuyers (NHCB). She has also received her SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation, to help the 55+ community. Her love for helping families buy, sell and invest in real estate has lead her to be in the top agents at LPT Realty. When she is not selling real estate, Kristie can be found spending time with her husband Nick. She enjoys riding horses, riding bikes, tennis and outdoor activities.

She is an active with Dade City Rotary and the Dade City Kiwanis Club.
