Kristie Smith was raised in the Houston area – first inside the loop and then settled out in the suburbs. “What I love about the Houston area is its expanse and diversity – and that in times of crisis, we come together to help each other”.

Kristie studied Marketing and has worked in the Home Décor Industry for 30+ years. She and her husband married in 1990 and bought their first home just 6 months later. “It was very important to us to put down our own roots and raise our children in a stable environment, where we had room to grow - enjoying many years playing in the backyard and making forever friends in the neighborhood.”

Kristie and her husband invest in real estate – having bought, sold, refinanced, flipped, and rented out property. She is well-versed on the challenges that can arise in real estate but rises to meet those challenges with a “can-do” attitude. She is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and an experienced negotiator.
