About Kristin

I am a proud Mother of three children, Dylan, and twins Kaitlyn and Allison. We have multiple dogs and ducks as pets who are truly a big part of our family!

My husband and I have loved living in the Indianapolis area. I am proud to call it home and believe it has something to offer to everyone.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

I have extensive business management experience with a Bachelor’s in Applied Business Management earned through Tri-State University. I also earned a diploma from the Interior Design Institute and started my own interior design business, Kristin Ann Interior Design. Even if the home checks every wish list, you will want to personalize it in some way.

Marrying real estate with my education and experience was the final piece of my accomplishments set forth to achieve. I am capable of not only assisting my clients with the business and financial aspect of buying and/or selling, but I also am able to offer an artistic aspect with my creative background.

Kristin is very knowledgeable, dependable and puts her all into everything she does. We had a new build and although there were many ups with excitement, we did run into some downs that became stressful. Kristin was there each step of the way without fail to guide us and make sure the builders did their end of the bargain. Many do not use a realtor when purchasing a new build and let me tell you, you definitely want to have one. More specifically, you want Kristin! Builders do not have your back but she will! In todays day and age the experience and quality of work that goes around is less than par, but Kristin has proved to me that there still are genuine, kind, and experienced people who work and love their craft. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for everything youve done for us! -Sean & Debbie S

I can’t say enough good things about Kristin. She is a wealth of knowledge, professional, knows how to get things done, and is just a quality person. She has worked with two other family members before me in varied circumstances (year long home search, new home build, & entering escrow on the first home showing) and she has shined in all circumstances, catering to the unique needs of each of us. I highly recommend her - and already have to a couple of other people who will soon be buying in the area. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and I can’t thank her enough for making it so easy.

We can't thank Krstin enough for all her hard work on our behalf! She took care of the house updating so the house was in great shape and very competitive when it was put on the market. She made the whole process much less stressful for us and we're very happy with the outcome! And we'll definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a Realtor!
