Kristin was our buying agent in purchasing a cabin up along 108 in the Sierras. My wife and I were somewhat specific in our search and Kristin handled the search with complete aplomb and professionalism. She reached our to sellers on our behalf and canvased for unlisted properties. She had a long list of vendors who have helped with services along the way. Compared to agents we've worked with on other properties, she was an absolute delight to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for that perfect home in nature!

Kristin is awesome! There was an immediate bond between us; it was like she knew exactly what my aunt and I had envisioned. She made us feel like family.

My Aunt came to visit Gold Country, and we decide to purchase a property. I had read some previous reviews that had been written about Kristin, so I gave her a call. Kristin returned my phone call immediately; she was so darn friendly we decided to give her a shot.

What I loved most about Kristin? We were purchasing a mobile home; she was upfront and honest that it was her first time selling this type of property. You would never have known, she's a natural at this job. I like honesty, just be honest, that's what makes me happy.

Since my aunt lives in South Florida so much of the negotiations were handled on the phone. We closed within less than a month from signing the contract. That's just freaking amazing after all we have been through the last few years. I would definitely use Kristin for any more purchases, and my cousin is using Kristin for her next purchase.

I cannot say enough good words about this young but very experienced agent. There's nothing she cannot manage when it comes to real estate. I could go on and on, but you get the drift.

If I had to sum up Kristin and our experience with her in one word it would be exceptional! My wife and I were first time homebuyers, and we did not know pretty much anything about the process. We didn’t know what came first, what came after that, what needed to be done or what anything was called. The process is a lot more complicated than we had originally thought. Fortunately for us, we had Kristin as our agent. She made everything simple and seamless and explained things in a way that we could understand. If we had a question, Kristin was there to answer it and quickly too. From start to finish my wife and I never once questioned our decision to go with Kristin, and we most definitely will contact her again in the future if we have home buying needs!

Kristin made our home selling and buying experience quick and easy. When I first contacted her, she visited my home to give us pointers on what to do to sell my home fast and for the price I wanted to sell it for. We made the small necessary changes and we received multiple offers within 3 days for $20,000 above our asking price. When it came to buying our new home, She showed us many new homes for sale without spamming us with tons of homes, just trying to make a sale. Before every showing, she had all the home information for us and any available inspection information. When we wanted to make an offer, she was prompt, it was all done done electronically, and all the signing was completed expeditiously. Any information between the seller and Kristin was also relayed to us quickly. She responded immediately via text message during the week and even on weekends. She was knowledgeable and professional. We really enjoyed working with her and we would recommend her to anyone buying a home and wanting an experienced realtor.

Honestly had a great experience buying a home for the first time with Kristin. She knows her stuff, but she's so personable it made the process so much less daunting. When the previous owners left the house a mess upon move in she even had a cleaner come in to take care of it. She goes above and beyond.
