Eddie Kidwell brings more than 25 years of residential real estate experience to the team, with a background that spans lending, sales leadership, historic preservation, and hands-on renovation. Raised in Historic Madison, Indiana, Eddie developed an early appreciation for old homes and craftsmanship, working alongside his father on preservation rehabs and attending live auctions from a young age. He later spent 12 years as a Regional Sales Manager with SurePoint Lending before transitioning to full-time real estate. Along the way, he personally remodeled and flipped multiple properties and was often sought out as a consultant for remodels and interior design—experience that allows him to guide clients through the entire home-buying and selling process with confidence. Known for his strategic approach, skilled negotiation, and emotional intelligence, Eddie helps clients make sound, financially confident decisions.

Kristin Kidwell is known for her exceptional communication, market expertise across a wide range of price points, and meticulous attention to detail. She has been involved in Louisville real estate since 2016, beginning her career as an Administrative Assistant for a team of Realtors® before becoming licensed herself. She is actively engaged in Louisville's organizations and event and loves the diverse communities that Louisville has to offer. Prior to real estate, Kristin owned and operated a successful floral design and event business, Don’t Forget the Flowers. Built almost entirely on referrals, her business flourished through trust, consistency, and strong client relationships—values that continue to shape her real estate practice today.

For The Kidwells, real estate is about more than selling homes—it’s about valuing people, protecting trust, and building lifelong relationships. At home, Kristin and Eddie are raising their two teenage boys, and living by the “Kidwell Three”: kindness, bravery, and respect. Outside of work, they enjoy renovating older homes, traveling, and live music.
